한국 전자상거래법에 따른 기본 청약철회 기간은 계약내용에 관한 서면을 받은 날부터 7일이며, 공급이 더 늦으면 공급받거나 공급이 시작된 날부터 7일입니다. 서면 미교부나 철회 방해 등에 따른 별도 법정 기산점은 유지됩니다. 디지털 콘텐츠·서비스 제공이 시작된 경우에도 법에서 요구하는 제한 고지 및 시험 사용 등의 요건이 갖춰져야 철회가 제한될 수 있고, 가분적인 미제공 부분과 표시·광고 또는 계약과 다른 이행에 대한 권리는 보존됩니다. 계약과 다른 이행에는 공급 후 3개월 및 그 사실을 알았거나 알 수 있었던 날부터 30일이라는 별도 법정 기간이 적용됩니다.

철회 또는 법정 구제를 요청하려면 support@yoofloe.com로 주문번호, 구매일 및 명확한 요청 의사를 보내거나 Google Play 환불 경로를 이용하세요. 예: ‘주문 [번호], 구매일 [날짜]의 Remove Ads Forever 계약을 철회합니다. 구매자 [이름], 연락 이메일 [주소], 발송일 [날짜].’ 별도 양식 사용을 강제하지 않습니다. 완료된 구매도 법정 요건에 따른 철회·환급 대상이 될 수 있으며, 결함·미제공 또는 계약과 다른 이행에 관한 강행권리는 Google의 자율 환불 정책과 별도로 적용됩니다. 법정대리인이 동의하지 않은 미성년자 계약은 적용 법률에 따라 미성년자 또는 법정대리인이 취소할 수 있습니다.

Remove Ads Forever is an optional one-time purchase removing app-managed ads, with no subscription renewal. Core features stay free. Google Play's checkout and the chosen payment method specify the price, taxes and payment timing/method. Ad removal is supplied when Play confirms completed payment. Android 8.0 or later and Google Play are required; carrier data charges follow your carrier plan.

Under Korean e-commerce law, the ordinary withdrawal period is 7 days after receiving the written contract information, or after delivery or the start of supply if later. Other statutory starting dates for missing information or obstructed withdrawal remain. Starting digital supply does not by itself establish an exception: required restriction notices and trial-access measures must be met. Undelivered divisible portions and rights for supply inconsistent with the advertising or contract remain protected. Non-conforming supply has separate statutory deadlines of 3 months after supply and 30 days after discovering, or reasonably being able to discover, the discrepancy.

Send an unambiguous request with the order ID and purchase date to support@yoofloe.com, or use Google Play's refund route. Example: ‘I withdraw from the Remove Ads Forever contract for order [ID], purchased [date]. Buyer [name], reply email [address], sent [date].’ No particular form is compulsory. A completed purchase can still qualify for statutory withdrawal or repayment. Mandatory remedies for faulty, missing or non-conforming supply are separate from Google's voluntary refund policy. A minor or their legal representative may cancel a contract made without the legally required representative's consent.
