Terms of use
These terms describe the Android app provided by Yoofloe Sp. z o.o.. Google Play's installation and transaction terms also apply. Mandatory rights in your country remain.

Yoofloe Sp. z o.o. operates ChronoHUD from Poland. Registered business address: ul. Księcia Józefa Poniatowskiego 2/6, 50-326 Wrocław, Poland. What ChronoHUD provides
ChronoHUD displays calendar periods, chosen milestones, D-Day and intervals using dates you choose. A chosen lifespan is a personal target, not a prediction, medical advice or a legal-age decision. Date-only and exact-time cards use different boundaries. The core dashboard, widgets, records, backup and sharing are free; there is no app account or cloud sync. Version 1.0.0 has no ads or new purchase offers. Ad-enabled versions may show one eligible dashboard banner and offer optional one-time ad removal. A purchase does not unlock or restrict the core features.
Your content and local storage
You must have the rights to text or images you add. Keep your own backup if the records matter to you. A ZIP may contain sensitive information and is not encrypted. Removing a card does not automatically remove separately saved records. Local deletion does not delete exported copies at a destination you chose. Do not uninstall an old installation before checking an import when your records are important.
Availability and widgets
Android, storage, networks and external services can fail. Widgets use Android's best-effort refresh and can show an earlier snapshot; they are not exact-minute alarms or safety reminders. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Ordinary links and YouTube open a service you select, under that service's terms. Contact support about a failed upgrade or import.
Changes, complaints and consumer rights
We provide notice of material changes where required. Applicable remedies for non-conforming digital content/services, withdrawal and refunds remain. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Polish law applies to the extent permitted without displacing mandatory protections of a consumer's home country. Contact support@yoofloe.com about a complaint. Country-specific information and the purchase guide describe the relevant routes; an English reference text does not override mandatory local rights.
