Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act generally allows withdrawal from a distance purchase by written notice within 7 days after receiving goods or services, without a reason or charge. The exception for non-physical digital content or an online service completed upon supply requires supply to begin only after prior consumer consent and legally required notice of the exclusion. Completing a purchase alone does not remove every right; remedies for defects, non-conforming supply and missing required notice remain.

Send a clear withdrawal notice within the applicable deadline to support@yoofloe.com, with your order ID, purchase date and reply contact, or use Google Play's refund route. Google's voluntary policy does not replace statutory rights. Remove Ads Forever is an optional one-time ad-removal item with no subscription renewal. Play checkout and payment-method terms show price, tax and payment timing/method; ad removal follows completed payment. Core features are free.
