대만 개인정보 안내

운영기관은 Yoofloe Sp. z o.o.입니다. 적격 광고·개인정보 선택, 구매 확인, 고객지원과 웹사이트 운영 등의 목적으로 처리합니다. 해당 서비스 데이터, 수령자, 기간과 지역은 전체 처리방침에 설명돼 있습니다. 개인 시간 기록은 사용자가 저장 위치를 선택하지 않는 한 로컬에 남습니다. 적용 권리에는 관련 개인정보처리자가 보유하는 정보의 열람·사본, 정정, 처리·이용 중단과 삭제가 포함됩니다. 依台灣消費者保護法，通訊交易原則上於收到商品或接受服務後7日內，可不附理由以書面通知解除契約，毋須負擔費用或對價。非實體媒介的數位內容或一經提供即完成的線上服務，只有在事前取得消費者同意才開始提供，並告知排除7日解除權等法定要件成立時，才適用合理例外。購買完成本身不表示所有權利均已消滅；瑕疵、不符合契約及未依法告知時的權利仍受保障。

請於適用期限內以電子郵件support@yoofloe.com明確通知解除契約，提供訂單編號、購買日期及回覆聯絡方式，或使用Google Play退款途徑。Google的自願退款政策不取代法定權利。Remove Ads Forever是選購的一次性廣告移除商品，沒有訂閱續費；價格、稅額、付款方式與時間以Play確認畫面及付款方式條款為準，付款完成後提供廣告移除。基本功能免費，需Android 8.0以上及Google Play，網路費用依電信方案計算。

Taiwan purchase notice · English

Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act generally allows withdrawal from a distance purchase by written notice within 7 days after receiving goods or services, without a reason or charge. The exception for non-physical digital content or an online service completed upon supply requires supply to begin only after prior consumer consent and legally required notice of the exclusion. Completing a purchase alone does not remove every right; remedies for defects, non-conforming supply and missing required notice remain.

Send a clear withdrawal notice within the applicable deadline to support@yoofloe.com, with your order ID, purchase date and reply contact, or use Google Play's refund route. Google's voluntary policy does not replace statutory rights. Remove Ads Forever is an optional one-time ad-removal item with no subscription renewal. Play checkout and payment-method terms show price, tax and payment timing/method; ad removal follows completed payment. Core features are free. Android 8.0 or later and Google Play are required; carrier charges follow your plan.
