Purchases and refunds
Remove Ads Forever is an optional one-time, non-consumable Google Play product, not a subscription. All core features remain free.
What ad removal covers
A completed purchase removes ChronoHUD-controlled in-app advertising for the owning Google Play account when advertising is available. It does not remove ads from another app, YouTube or a browser. No purchase is needed to use core features when no banner is shown. An older OFF version can still restore established ownership. A pending, cancelled or declined payment does not grant a new entitlement or remove any free feature.
Price, checkout and completion
Google Play displays the price, taxes, payment method and applicable transaction information before confirmation. The amount shown at your checkout applies; this page does not convert a Polish reference price into another currency. Ad removal is granted only after Play reports a completed purchase. The app checks and acknowledges purchases on the device. It does not promise instant refund detection or server-side verification.
Restore and support
After reinstalling or changing devices, use the Google Play account that bought the product and tap Settings → Ads and purchase → Restore purchase. Ownership is not transferred in a backup ZIP. A temporary query error does not revoke ownership already established on the device. If ads remain after a completed purchase, check the Play account, reopen the app and try Restore. Email support with the order ID, app version and Restore result if needed; do not send payment-card details or private dates.
Refunds and withdrawal
Use Google's refund request route for a Google Play order, or contact support@yoofloe.com for help identifying the transaction and exercising applicable rights. Google's refund policy is separate from mandatory consumer remedies and any statutory withdrawal right. The applicable period, exceptions and digital-content/service rules depend on the contract and local law. We do not state that every completed purchase is non-refundable or that a checkout consent automatically removes every withdrawal right. Country information provides the relevant additional notice. A refund or cancellation request is not a new ad-removal purchase.
